BIO
Iwona Ligęza is a Polish artist who graduated from Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, with honours and Civil Engineering and Architecture Faculty from Lublin University of Technology. Her painting technique combines use of acrylic, oil, pastel and crayons. Narration in her works easily meld with a subtle patch of colour that expresses intense emotions, atmosphere and artist’s spirit. She participates in collective and individual exhibitions, cooperates with Warsaw's art galleries. Iwona is a member of Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP) from 2021. In 2024, she became a finalist of the international contest for artist - YICCA and took part in exhibition in the Imagars Gallery in Venice.
