1. The administrator of personal data is Iwona Ligęza running a business under the name Iwona Ligęza (business address: ul. Kochanowskiego 23, 01-864 Warsaw) entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister responsible for economy, NIP : 1182200738, REGON: 384627023.
2. We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
3. We only process personal data that the Customer voluntarily provided when performing activities in the Store, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address of the Goods.
4. Personal data is processed by us solely for the purpose of:
performance of the contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

6. Your data is processed for as long as our contract is binding. After the execution, termination or withdrawal from the contract, we store your data for the period during which you could pursue claims against us related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract by us and claims for non-conformity of the goods with the contract, and for which we could pursue such claims against you. .
7. You have the following rights related to our processing of your personal data, if you want to use them, please write us an e-mail:
1) the right to confirm processing - you have the right to obtain from us confirmation whether your personal data is being processed, and if this is the case, you are entitled to access the data and obtain information regarding the processing of your data;
2) the right to rectification - you can request that we immediately correct your personal data if you believe that it is incorrect or out of date. You can also ask us to supplement it if you believe that your data is, due to the purpose for which we process the data, incomplete;
3) the right to be forgotten - you have the right to "be forgotten"; this means that you can request us to delete your personal data, and we will delete the data immediately if:
a) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we are entitled to process them,
b) if we process data based on your consent and you have withdrawn your consent,
c) you have objected to our data processing (see point 6 below),
d) it happened that despite us making every effort to properly protect your data and process it in accordance with applicable regulations, it is processed illegally,
e) the obligation to delete data results from the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligation provided for in European Union law or the law of the Republic of Poland,
4) the right to request restriction of data processing - you can request that we limit the processing of your data if:
a) you question the accuracy of your personal data - for a period enabling us to check the accuracy of this data,
b) the processing of your data is, in your opinion, unlawful, but you oppose their deletion and request instead to limit their use,
c) we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, pursue or defend claims,
d) you have objected to our data processing - until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection;
5) the right to transfer data - you can request that we send you your personal data that you have previously provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can send this data to another administrator and also request us, if technically possible, to send the data directly to another administrator;
you have the right to transfer data only in relation to data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or on the basis of your consent;
6) the right to object - we process the collected personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our services, therefore you have the right to object at any time (for reasons related to your particular situation) to the processing of data to the extent that the processing is carried out for the purpose of direct marketing; in this case immediately
we will stop processing your data for this purpose;
7) right to complain - you have the right to lodge a complaint about our actions or omissions with the supervisory authority.
