The artist paints using a variety of techniques. Her painting is characterized by a depth of color and a controversially nonchalant approach to form; the visual resonance of her works is saturated with nostalgia and unease. In her artistic practice, she employs a palette of dark tones. The depicted figures provocatively resemble variations on the imagery found in the paintings of Gustav Klimt.
